In the first set of names, we know that:

NioNio was changed to NYMobser on Sep 5th, 2007. His other account name was H B. The name on the account was Haim Bajayo and the email was isrelly@aol.

Also, nvtease, sleeplesss and NoPaddles are the same account. It went in the following order... Until April 6th, 2007, the account was known as nvtease. From that point until Sept 5th, 2007 (same date as above), the account was known as NoPaddles. After Sept 5th, 2007, the account was known as sleeplesss.

In addition, the name on that account was Lauren Makar and the address was a Las Vegas address. I won't release the address on here because, more than likely, the person was innocent. Does anyone know how to look up property ownership records in some database? If so, post a link/explanation. Also, if you know the name Lauren Makar, please let us know.

Lastly, this account cashed out WAAAAY more than it should have. Like hundreds of thousands of dollars that was not won at the table. It seems like it was a money funnel of some kind.

I feel pretty bad releasing names because these people were probably just pawns being used by the real cheaters, but if it comes down to that, the people with this info will just have to do that until something comes out. The dirt is out there.

Can we just succinctly state what this address 'discovery' has established -- do i have it correct that the physical address registered to one of the superuser accounts that UB has confessed to is registered to Russ Hamilton?

p.s. all those who were interviewed by 60 minutes should get on the horn to their contacts there ASAP and report this potential bombshell. They'll eat this up.

I had a look at the transaction histories provided by brainwashdodo. (it seems he also posted screenshots of some accounts, but they're no longer there). Despite the limited nature of the data he supplied, a few things stood out

2. The ``Customer #'' for -Fred- is #9005, while for PH it is 10664. So, the -Fred- account is older than PH's? (in case you're curious, the # for kid55 is 112054).

3. The -Fred- account never plays except twice, but then he transfers his EXACT winnings to peanuto and The bigchief soon after (it might be interesting to look at the HH for these tables). Below are the transaction records

4. The following strange transaction appears in the kid55 account

5. The account histories span different time perionds. -Fred- 3/05-6/07 roughly, kid55 mostly during 2/07, and PH 5/07-5/08. It is very surprising the kid55 account contains as many transactions as it does considering its history covers only one month of activity.

6. I noted the kid55 account deposited 300k 5/2/07 to withdraw it only 2 weeks later.

7. The net on -Fred- account (= money incoming -money outgoing) is -30k. Fred sent the RussHamilton and -russh- accounts 784k.

8. Looking at connections between {-Fred-, kid55, PH} versus {all others}, the only overlaps occur in the buckskin account, who receives money from both -Fred- and kid55, the kidd55 account, who recieves money from PH and -Fred, and the RussHamilton account, who receives money from PH, kidd55, and -Fred-.

9. The most active accounts in terms of the # of inter-player transactions

Russ, -russh- to -Fred- for a net of 760k (-Fred- sent them 784k in 22 transfers); they sent to -Fred- 3 times for a total of 24k)
wbchampion to -Fred- (received from Fred 12 times totaling 70k)
peanuto (sent to Fred 12 times totaling 59k, received from -Fred- 3 times totaling 2k)

10. I also noted that

buckskin received about 250k from kid55 and -Fred-
CUCA received 70k from -Fred-
HeadKase01 sent 70k to -Fred-
kid55 received 150k from -Fred-
TRIPAS2003 received 105k from -Fred-

Russell Hamilton or Russell & Carolyn Hamilton own 4 other properties in Clark County by doing a records search for Russell Hamilton. One was bought in 2000 (their own house). The other 3 were bought between 2004 and 2006 - any chance that Russ was using these peoples names too for superuser accounts?

So the sleepless account is opened 9/16/2003 under the name Lauren Maka, then Russ buys the property on 5/23/2006.

However it appears that the sleepless account was opened two months BEFORE the Makars' moved into that house. I guess it was just an address change?

Yes, the address on the nvtease/NoPaddles/sleeplesss (three confirmed superusers) is owned by Russ Hamilton.

But I should point out that "shah" is the known username of Mansour Matloubi.

I don't think that proves anything though, he was around UB very early on, I'm sure he transferred with a bunch of the live pros/early UB guys.

He has a few corporations in NV in his name. This one was registered to the Glenview address as well.

Game Set Match... If it wasn't clear to someone previously, I think with the new evidence coming forth its pretty evident who the mastermind of the "UB Army" of crooks is. And it may even go higher up from him, who knows, but Russ is the highest link imo we'll see.

Where's Beanie to explain this one involving his buddy Russ...

Either As Nat stated above there was money laundering involving this account with the Makars being a part of a grand scheme with Russ leading the way. Or It was a case of Fraud involving Russ creating this account as he obtained all the personal info. needed to do so during his Real Estate transaction with the Makars so Russ had another "Legal" account to filter his funds. Which is Cyber Fraud as well as money laundering and a whole list of other all crimes the FBI and IRS would be quite interested in. Either way this adds just another link of shady dealings within the UB enterprises.

Speaking of Russ and Bull**** i read Sextons Corner Vol. 48+49 yesterday on PokerNews where Russ talked about winning the 94 WSOP. Its quite amusing as to hear his take to why he won the Main Event. Also the guy had a Hole in Won on 12 at Augusta during his first trip (Where his playing partner spread the ashes of a friend 2 months prior) and par's 18 using just a driver (1st, second shot and 2 putts)...

Vol.48 Sextons Corner is appropriately titled Divine Intervention...Something hes going to need a lot of to get out of this one...
