Here is my most recent communications with UB inquiring about the complete superuser list, which I don’t think they are every going to provide. Until UB provides the list, no one should play on their site. There is simply no way to be confident that UB is being operated in a proper manner.

It's been over 2 weeks since your response below and yet no answer to my question or a public statement from UB. If this situation didn't involve so much money and harm to so many people, your ridiculous behavior would be laughable. How do you expect to regain the public's confidence acting like this? And yes, I plan to put all of our communications on the various poker forums, such as 2+2, until UB provides me the complete superuser list. This is my small attempt to provide evidence to the poker community why they should not play on your site.
Dear Mr. __
In both the AP and UB cases, we have undertaken a lengthy and thorough investigation of the cheating, one of the aims of which was to discover every hand in which an account that had the ability to cheat participated. Our own investigation was supplemented by a second inquiry conducted by outside auditors Gaming Associates, Inc., a firm known to uphold the highest standards of integrity and technical competence in forensic gaming analysis.
Further investigation was undertaken by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, our regulatory body. We – and our independent investigation partners – are absolutely confident that we have found every cheating account, every cheating screen name, and every hand in which cheating took place. We are also absolutely confident that we have refunded every customer who lost money to the cheating accounts.
Although you may have played and lost money during the period in which the cheating occurred, only the hands that were involved in games in which the cheaters participated were refunded their losses. If you have not received a refund, it is because these investigations have all verified the fact that you did not play hands against the cheating accounts.
To understand better how these scandals occurred and how Tokwiro Enterprises responded to them, you might want to check out our website at

If we can be of further assistance, please let us know.
Sincerely,
Leonard

Does this mean UB is not going to provide the superuser list?
