Now being a professional streamer means 5-6 days a week, 10+ hrs sitting in front of the computer. Add in all the stuff Stars asks him to do, his YouTube channel, meetings with contractors / sponsors etc etc etc, he already struggles to fit everything in.
So in reality he has to quit being a professional streamer and dedicate a year of his life getting fit to win $150k.
Now, I am presuming Stars pay him quite well plus sponsors and the liklihood if he goes away from Twitch for a year very hard to get that audience back, so all in all $150k might be -EV compared to current and future earnings from being a full time streamer / youtuber / stars sponsored player.
how many subscribers does he have on twitch anyway? he could even stream his gym sessions if he really wanted to or make a youtube series about it
he should get a treadmill desk a la sulsky.
regardless it really doesn't require "serious amounts of exercise". he just needs to stop eating/drinking whatever garbage he currently is. lift weights 3-4x a week and throw in some cardio. hes not going to lose 4lbs a week for the whole year lol.
9 months in throw in a thermogenic fat burner for the stretch run
meanwhile matty needs to be drinking all of the whole milk, greek yogurt, nutella, peanut butter, steak, eggs, pasta, ice cream etc. a year long dirty bulk
0 cardio and start doing 5x5 routine.
the problem is i suspect matty is going to be afraid of gaining fat (which he shouldnt be)
