Why? Makes the stream slightly more informative / fun / interactive between them instead of them sitting silent beside each other. Jeff + ceegee bouncing some info off each other is fun.
Not against any rules as long as bill is clicking the buttons + bill is taking the advice maybe 15% of the time lol , sometimes doing the opposite on purpose to get a reaction out of them.

When does the streaming start? So far I've only seen Perkins getting ghosted while playing PLO. Is there a charity component to this or some kind of actual schedule? So far just lots of hype, not even any "IRL" streaming that I've seen.

They are playing a sng for charity w/ not so professional setup. Pretty lol that stapler is wearing his ps patches. Like why? Stars called stapler and staked him there?

that stars called stapler and offered him money to wear the patch on the stream is probably more likely.
