Re: Friday Action Plan: Groups that pushed for UIGEA now demanding a federal ban on online poke

Friday, May 18, 2012

The groups that pushed for UIGEA are, in the wake of the DoJ announcement on their interpretation of the scope of the Wire Act, seeking a federal ban on online poker and other online gaming!! Their letter to Congress is HERE.

We'd better all be sure to speak up here and do our part to ensure that our reps on Capitol Hill hear from us, and we'd better do it now.

If YOU don't participate, you are allowing these groups to claim that they speak for you. Don't let them speak for you. Let's all be sure to let Congress know that we demand our right to play and, by doing so, ensure that they know that there's no chance of any legislation passing that does not include licensing of online poker.

Today's action:

Done, and +1^^^

Amazingly enough all these bible thumpers have 'FREEDOM' in their titles while they lobby to have the government take away the freedoms of other people that don't jive with their hypocritical morality.

Their own book says one one day some world leader is going to come along and murder/execute all of them.....I for one sort of hope these religious nuts are correct about the stuff in Revelation. Will be sort of satisfying to watch them die.
