I think you posting in this thread shows the speculation has "stuck" and that it does bother you. Objectively speaking, I don't believe there's much doubt about your sexuality. It seems that News777 is just a DN PR machine on 2p2, for better or worse, which in this case, seems to be for the worse.

Even the old cribs type video you did for cardplayer was kind of strange. Calling your house a "dudepad" and making a point to say there's "nothing feminine in it," it just seems you're trying way too hard to give off the "i'm straight" vibes.

it's a no-win situation for him. if he doesn't respond people will claim it's because the speculation is true, if he does respond it's because he's defensive.

Daniel was involved in internet poker before 2007. I recall a room of his back in the day. I'm not sure if he was the face of any site at that time, but it had to be a goal if he wasn't . Just saying, in light of poker's uncertain legal status back then, and just how the government might seize property, it wouldn't be crazy to have your agent buy the home in a legal sense. I don't imagine he's dropping all that money renovating a rental, despite what the deed may say.

I am not DN's publicist. I saw the clip of DN's house on Gambling911 and I thought it was amusing to see what his house looked liked after he had it redecorated. The other article about his girlfriend was in a Czech poker magazine. I used Google translator to see what it said in english. It seemed interesting so I posted it in the thread. You would never see any of the US poker publications do an interview about a poker player's current girlfriend. I think DN did the interview because it was done by a reporter in the region of the world his family was from.

Don't think so, if news777 wouldn't started damage control with the interview post, then privateworld wouldn't started with his accusations, now Dn himself join the dance trying to let everybody know that all this speculation is indifferent to him, kind of ironic IMO

The hate on this thread is getting a bit ridiculous. Let it go, its not good for you. The fact is that is that Daniel is living the life 99% of the posters on this site, including myself, wish they were living but aren't. He makes millions of dollars playing poker and through endorsements. His lifestyle involves travelling all over the world, most likely on on poker star's dime, hanging out with famous people, and the freedom to do pretty much whatever he wants when he wants. Understandably that is going to make some people bitter and jealous, but it really shouldn't. His success does not negatively impact your life in the slightest. Instead of hating, try being happy for him, live a little vicariously, and enjoy the show. Much more fun that way. Being bitter and jealous just takes take too much effort and the person it hurts most is you.

Those of you saying that DN needs to "grow up" or is having a midlife crisis will probably be singing a different tune when you're 70 years old. And as for golf, people of all ages play the sport (including lots of retired people) and would love to have a setup like DN's.
