Cliffs seem to be something like (from Demetri's perspective):

-Horse is 15k in makeup
-Horse had taken some amount (5k) of personal loans off the stake
-Horse had some remaining balance on various accounts of staked money, of which some has admittedly been transferred out (or lost playing non-stake-approved games?)
-Horse is no longer communicating/denying the above, screen name continues to be active on stars
-The 30k number is approximately 15k MU + 5k personal loans + 10k remaining balances?

I proved in this thread that the guy stole ...why would ANYONE stick up for a thief or believe a thief???

15k makeup (debt if joker left in makeup or stole), 5k loan, multiple other unauthorized transfers/cashouts. Pretty obvious how the number can reach around 30k. Plenty of relevant proof has been posted so far and although a bit jumbled the picture is pretty clear.

Demetri, there's extremely little doubt (unless you're ******ed) that guy stole from you. However, people don't really care about evidence, logic, right or wrong...any of that stuff.

It's not about content, it's about delivery; and right now you're making yourself look bad by calling people scumbags and freaking out itt, even though obviously they are complete scumbags.

Just make a single cliffs post, well-structured with all of the evidence you have, let people read it instead of blowing up the thread, and wait for the scumbags to respond and get picked apart by the NVG crowd.

Try and look at these posts from an outsider point of view. You look crazy. As it looks the MU is not a debt, you have the posibility to end the stake whenever you want. In the contract you say that it happens sometimes. There are some scenarios to think of when you do so when the horse is in MU. You cant demand that you can end the contract whenever you want and also expect someone to just cough up the amount in MU. So it is reasonable to assume that whenever you do end the stake when in MU, you write it off as a business loss. This indicates that it is by no means a debt.

For joker it is thus easy to get under this by just not playing on the sites that fall under the stake and wait for you to end the stake.

Also stop acting like a ****** and start acting like a professional in all means.

There are more scammers in poker than ever before. Every single one should be outted. And how TF is playing on the account you were backed on, after this thread was started, not constitute a breach of contract? So if the was ANY doubt, it has been completely erased.

I am one of Adrian's horses and i can vouch for his credibility. I see no reason for him to make up all these. I've been with him for more than a year and he is more than a backer -- he's like a big brother who helps us even in our problems outside poker.

And yeah, I can confirm that during the past couple of months, I've seen Audrius a number of times asking for a $1k reload and other horses are sending him if Adrian is not available or cannot send

I come to this thread as a mediator to protect the innocent until proven guilty. Out of all players in our stable perhaps I respect jokueris game and work ethic the most. This being said, honour and honesty are far more important to me than poker skill, work ethic, and money. At the end of the day, we don't take money to the grave. We will be remember by what type of people we were and not how much money we made.



I have been a horse of Adrian's for the past 6 months-ish. From these posts I can draw that a minimum of about 15k was makeup. This was proved through Audrius' daily update. (Screenshot included earlier.) Therefore, Audrius can not leave stake until this has:

1) Been paid back in full through grinding (on Adrian's dollars , or from his own pocket.)

2) Adrian drops him as a horse.

Whether there is more dollars or not owed via personal loans etc..., 15k mu is a start. It is clear through the conversations that Audrius intends to not continue playing on Adrian's contract/dollars, nor does he intend to pay from his own pocket.

This constitutes a breach in the agreement, and therefore theft of at least 15k. (Further proof needed for the additional money.)

If there was money in the account in which Audrius had cashed out, this will be seen through the audit calculated until December the 2nd. This must be presented
by Audrius if he wishes to be given credit that his makeup/money owed is a maximum of 15k. However, if this audit is not presented, it is assumed that money was cashed out and violation of the contract has occurred.

All things left aside, Audrius has 15k in makeup and has evidently refused to respond. To save his reputation Audrius must: send audit to prove no wrong doing has occured. Grind out or pay back the 15k.

Whether the theft is 15k or 30k, it is still theft.

Audrius: You have loads of talent in poker. Get a representative who speaks your language to sort out your situation with Adrian, or suffer the consequences. Your reputation and honour is worth way more than 30k.
