1. This banner is a fake. What public authority would even think of paying for that?

sad that renting a billboard in russia to make a poker joke only costs 3 10nl buyins a month, but it's also awesome

pay for a public ad to be made and put up and pay for the weekly charge for the use of the advertising billboard to publicily humiliate and also chase a $257 debt is just ridiculous.
