i tend to agree with Dima but your response is understood Engineer.

does it have to be automatic though? why not have an option to continue or disconnect the call? couldn't this hinder the effectiveness of my personal calls and messages/follow-ups to the same number?

Hmmm. I misunderstood Dima's comment. The system is supposed to ask if the member wishes to be transferred to the Governor. I hope this is a one-time issue, as I've not heard it from anyone else (yet....fingers crossed). I'll mention it to John Pappas.

Hi Dima,

I misunderstood the comment. Sorry about that. I initially thought you were saying the robocaller should have simply provided a phone number for the governor's office, rather than offering to transfer you. It's not supposed to do it automatically. It's supposed to ask you if you'd like to be transferred first, which is why I didn't initially read it as such.

I'm sorry to hear the call went that way. Hopefully it was a one-time technical glitch. I'll relay this within PPA.
