I got a call from PPA, giving me a robo-message and automatically redirecting the call to Christie's office. Poor form. Asking me whether I wanted to place that phone call would've been a polite thing to do.

does it have to be automatic though? why not have an option to continue or disconnect the call? couldn't this hinder the effectiveness of my personal calls and messages/follow-ups to the same number?
