True. I've seen TE change the action plan a lot over time due to feedback from 2+2'ers. I'm pretty sure good/better ideas would be welcomed.

It's pretty frustrating to see very few constructive ideas put forth for improvement in actions, and at the same time see no shortage of useless nay-saying.
