I cannot believe there will be many deals. Maybe local country deals at a small level to attract local players, but that's about it.

Re: Which Team Full Tilt Members and Red Pros will be offered new deals
Stars/FTP will have close to a monopoly on ROW as soon as they relaunch, however once US regulates ipoker they will have competition from the Ceasar's of the world. I personally look forward to the days when we can play FTOPS, WCOOP, SCOOP, and OWSOP....
come on already...

+1
Beyond them, I think they will go for young players... someone like Erik Seidel doesn't have much appeal IMO.
And I don't think there's any chance that they'll sign Ivey, or anyone else who had an ownership stake in FTP. It's just not worth it.

Re: Which Team Full Tilt Members and Red Pros will be offered new deals
Did the pros with ownership on FTP (Ivey, Juanda, Lindgren, etc), get anything from the pokerstars buyout or retain any kind of ownership?

Re: Which Team Full Tilt Members and Red Pros will be offered new deals
Why wouldn't Pokerstars try and keep as many players associated with Full Tilt as possible? I mean Tilt already spent a lot of money putting Hansen, Dwan, Antonious all over their brand. Would seem like a waste because they need to rebuild the Full Tilt brand.

Ivey may be the best player, but I don't think his the most popular player. I still think there's a good chance he get a deal.

Nope, in fact 2 of the names you listed I believe now owe money to Poker Stars that they used to owe to FTP.
The pros with ownership all made millions(in some cases tens of millions) between 2004-2011 until the company went sideways. Of course some of them blasted through it just as fast at the poker table, craps table and sports book.
Every one of the original Team Full Tilt members should be set for life even with their money trees being cut down last year. I would guess that about half of them actually are.

Of the remaining Team Full Tilt members and the plethora of red pros which players do you think will be part of the marketing relaunch in November, if any? Several but not even close to all Full Tilt Pros listed below
Team Full Tilt
Tom Dwan
Patrick Antonius (has signed with ipoker)
Gus Hansen
Erik Seidel
Phil Ivey
Erick Lindgren
Mike Matusow
John Juanda

Erica Schoenberg
My guess of the Team Full Tilt Pros
is that Durrrr and Gus would be most likely of the Team Full Tilt to be offered a deal. Juanda because of his marketing potential in Asia would be my 3rd choice.
Of the red pros, it would be exclusively international players
Canadians like Greg Mueller, Gavin Smith, Erik Cajelais, Shaun Buchanan etc..
Internatinal players that play a ton online like Soren Kongsgaard, Peter Feldman, Nikki Jedlicka, MonsterDong could be offered deals
Female international players like Svetlana Gromenkova
Marketable Brits like DeWolfe, Praz, Hendon Mob boys, Akenhead
Well known Asian players such as David Chiu, David Pham etc..
Be interesting to hear people's thoughts on who Full Tilt Poker will market come November.

PS needs to make NO deals nor waste any $$$ on these people. They have almost all the business now and will have no trouble keeping it. There are no viable competitors and not likely to be any as long as PS rake and rakeback deals are competitive.
