I think it meant that Senator Leyonhjelm had an idea of what he was talking about for 30 seconds when he recommended online poker not be part of the act.

Immediately after, grey bearded guy runnign things said, 'nah **** em, poker counts'. And that was it.

I thought the he committee had "until September 21 to hand down their report which will discuss their finding from both the public hearing and the large number of individual submissions received by the poker playing public."

Does that not matter now?

all major regulated sites said they would leave the market and a few of them have already done that back in Jan and Feb. acr and ignition will offer games afaik.

or because this bill was simply used as a bargaining agreement with Xenophon and his team to get their votes on other things. Why else would they accept his bull**** amendment and not ours.
