not so wild speculation: Kahnawake lose their ability to "regulate" internet gambling as provided by the Canadian gov. sites like AP, UB and even FTP who use these guys have to remove their little logo.
not so wild question: does it matter? do any of these sites need a regulatory agency to allow them to operate? i mean, i understand that it is supposed to make the player
feel safe that someone is watching the sites and making them play fair...but really, all of this is outside the jurisdiction of the U.S. anyway.
what are you going to do if/when it is proven that AP/UB were scamming and the Kahnawake knew about it? sue? in what jurisdiction?
this is all a firm grip and the promise to swallow...IRL Kahnawake matters nothing as to whether someone bets with site A, B, or C.
you get your drugs from the dealer that is available and in my state (TX) there are no dealers. all i gots is teh intarwebs.
