This was calculated when the deal appeared. Imo it was 200(something)k when it comes +ev to play.

it's 200k+ or w/e for EVERY bet to be +ev. Betting once every 12hrs is most likely +ev all the time (unfortunately, it is impossible to calculate, as it depends on people's betting habits)

I don't remember a jackpot cycle where it was -EV. Typically, you need to invest ~$1 (10-20 BIs) to win ~$0.5 on avg in immediate StarsCoin prizes plus a $2-3 JP share when it hits - it happens more often than once a week.

Edit: btw, this is one of the reasons why Chests will award a mix of cash and coins instead of just coins. Coins can be sold for cash or tickets but can't be bought with them, so this measure allows to lower the availability of coins and make some of The Deal abusers rake more in real money games to avoid running out of coins.

This. As long as there are people playing more than once every 12 hours or playing for 70 StarsCoins or forgetting to play every 12 hours then it will be gaureteed profit for those playing perfectly. As you approach the condition of everyone playing perfectly, once every 12 hours exactly for 7 StarsCoins then you will approach a 0 EV for perfect play. It is a true zero sum game because there is no rake.

that's actually not true, if the game itself would be sufficently ev- you could be still losing - but it isn't

It is a zero sum game. Winning or losing is determined by how far from optimal people are playing. If everyone played perfectly then the long term expectation is 0 EV. To have winners you have to have people playing non optimally. As long as there are players playing sub optimally then you will have players who are playing optimally or near optimally realizing a +EV.

2350 also.

Stars just not pay out anything for everyone's not completed progress bars? Was like 95% through a bar and didn't get anything.

3.946 its a blue chest wit red stripe at the moment I have gold with black stripe?

I haven't a clue what I am meant to be doing to get max value lol?

Do you wait until you have the best chest for max value or are they all the same and the prize just go up in inline with the rake to keep the % the same?
