this person reads 2P2. and is definitely reading this thread.
consequently, if the perpetrator is going to be busted, it wont be thru public discussion.
all parties involved should communicate strictly through PMs, and just announce their AIM sn has been hacked, and leave it at that.

I know how to change AIM passwords, but how does one change email address/security question/personal information for AIM?
First one who responds with the answer gets $25 on Stars.

once you have the password you can alter all those things in the account settings...
password is the main thing you'd need.

IIRC, Durrrr said he had a random answer to the security question, so he might have a way to get around all that stuff.

Hate to tell you but your not going to like the answer....
You can't change your security question. AIM is horrible for this specific reason. If you get hacked...and they switch your pw....your SOL

Except my aim getting hacked doesn't hurt me at all. I would hope nobody on my contact list is stupid enough to lose money to a hacker if that somehow happened.
If jumping off a bridge was the easiest way to get the the place I wanted to go, and it wouldn't hurt me at all, I'd jump all the time.
