I dont necessarily agree with all the big govt plays he's making, but in terms of the current state of the US, who's to say what the best moves will be. It'll take time to see how his policies really affect the world, aside from that all the lovers of him can hope its gonna work and all the haters can keep hating. But that would happen anyway.

I doubt I have accomplished 1/10 of what Obama has, but that can be said when comparing me to ANY President of the United States of America. I just don't understand the endless love affair with Obama. Everyone wants to suck his dick and I don't get it. If McCain won the election all of our lives would be exactly the same. In terms of his job as the president and the policies he pushes through, there is a significant difference between obama, mccain and the easter bunny.

No other Presient in recent history (last 25 years is really all I can compare), has received all this love. What if Hillary or Biden or whichever liberal you also like won? Would that person also be receiving all this love, despite probably "pushing through" all the same policies? I doubt it. Bush was critisized for everything he did despite (like you just admitted), it taking years or decades to know if a tough decision is the right one.
