What if you aren't an abuser?

You are a regular player who played and beat a fish, he accepted your rematch and kept on losing. Why should someone who was not knowingly cheating lose what they won?
Agreed unless they could prove collusion this would be SUPER ridiculous.

They'd be freerolling against you.

If you can rematch when there is $0 in your account you just can't lose.

He must have been playing someone with $0 in his account and the other guy was losing on purpose.

Re: SNG Glitch on Stars

I havent really thought deeply about it, but if i were stars id take a bath on the first loss to regs, give the rest in bonus, and take any winnings from people obviously abusing the system.

So if Camel beat a guy for 5 buyins total against some cheat id let him keep one of them for 5k, and get a 20k bonus. If Camel lost 5 buyins total to a cheat then id take those 5 buyins and give them back to Camel, minus the rake.

If your talking about regs at these stakes, then these are the guys who are getting SNE in three months and raking a tonne on the site so they cannot just cancel the games that were obviously cheat games and effectively rip off a large sum of money from them assuming they cannot prove the reg was in on the scam.

Re: SNG Glitch on Stars

They will pretty much have to take the money away from anyone who was involved...whether they were a reg playing straight up or someone taking advantage of the situation with a friend.
In the regs' case, they would unfortunately have their money taken away even tho they won because the person they beat didnt have money in their account in the first place...so he won something that wasn't there...

What about if the reg lost to a cheat and the money wasn't recoverable?

Except that the whole thing was Stars' ****up, and if the legitimate player lost, he would never have known any better and would not have gotten his money back. So, we're going to reward glitch abusers with freerolls against high stakes players? That is not a brilliant plan.
