In his most recent blog post Shaniac calls Shannon Shorr the "Most Delusional Poker Player." The entire article is a response to Shorr being disappointed at not being invited to NBC National Heads-Up.

I really like Shannon but I think Shaniac is spot on here. It's worth noting that the NBC heads-up is not necessary the best players but the ones the producers find most entertaining.

As much as I like Shannon personally, and as much as I used to think he had a good head on his shoulders, I gotta call him out for this distinctly delusional blog post so perhaps he can avoid making a fool out of himself in print next year...

I like Shannon a lot but I'd have been stunned if he was on the list. Not that he's not good enough, but I don't think it was designed to be a live tournament all-star event.

Shaniac 1 Shorr 0 ...and I used to like th kid...and read his blog...not sure if he wrote this while he was drunk or the pressures of school getting to him...but his post is just beyond dumb...let the flaming begin!!!!
