Off topic but scoop related I guess. If you win tickets to scoops and have multiples can you no longer use those as part payment to other mtts/sats - has to be target mtt or = buying - ie $109 has to play $109 not allowed to use for anything else? Has this always been Case for scoops/coops?

So this European guy shoves like 100bbs with A6 on the stone bubble only to lose vs AK, down to 10bb he doubles up like 4 coinflips in a row and is now among the chipleaders again. Bosses gonna boss.
