Actually is not over !
Shalom !
If the alleged accusations and statements were confirmed to be true by The State of Florida Department of Professional & Business Regulation Pari –Mutuel Official Investigation Report. And the investigation is finished , Then the State D.B.P.R. Should publish their official report online – public records and also forward a copy to The Sun – Sentinel reporter NSortal@SouthFlorida.com
"The Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering is aware of the potential issue with a Hialeah Poker tournament and is gathering information," the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation said in an email. The email noted that the department would not explain how the state was notified or provide other details until the investigation is completed.
Poker players contacted the Sun-Sentinel immediately after the tournament and posted detailed complaints and accusations on poker web sites about the tournament, but none said they filed anything formally with the state.
If the state’s official investigation report does confirm that the alleged accusations and statements were true , then the Honorable thing to do next is for the General Manager and anyone else that were hired by the owners to make sure Hialeah Park & Casino and The State of Florida Department of Professional & Business Regulation Pari -Mutuel Reputation would not be tainted or accused of negligence . They would need to accept the Responsibility and Resign !!!! .
Hialeah Park issued the following statement: "Hialeah Park Management became aware of the alleged incident through social media. An internal investigation of the matter found no evidence of any discrepancies in the manner in which the poker tournament was conducted nor any wrongdoing on the part of any of the poker staff."
Hialeah officials declined further comment.
These individuals and all of the Upper management staff were hired by the General Manager and they have been working at Hialeah Park Casino for approximately two years, if Upper Management was not aware ,then they were all incompetent and failed to protect the public – tax payers and especially the integrity of the Owners of Hialeah Park Casino.
This can also be an embarrassment for The Florida Department of Professional & Business Regulation and The Division of Pari –Mutuel . After two years it took a poker tournament player with a pseudo name Bob Bernstein to catch these guys ! The state should hire him as an undercover mystery player to also check the other casinos . The man really knows the game

If this was really going on , we wonder was else could be happening ? We would need to wait for the official report – Shalom !
