Just the other day I had a FB memory that had Gus in the background at the Bellagio poker room during the 2009 WSOP.

How does he look exactly the same 8 years later? Haircut, three-day beard, white shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers and he also doesn't seem to age.

His income comes from Backgammon where he earns MUCH more than poker.

Example:

As you can see from the photograph, Gus has very long arms. When he is not schooling billionaires in the art of losing $10,000/pt on backgammon, he is tutoring NFL cornerbacks on how to defend against the fade route in the red zone.

On his off-days after a tough loss in Bobby's Room, he works as the person inside the inflatable wavy orange guy who tempts people into buying a new car.

There is money to be made in private games for sure. A lot of money.

For the tournaments that he played the top prize is around 200-500k$.

you can't see enough of his ear to tell if it's a cauliflower ear or not. however, it is abundantly obvious that the person has ears that stick out a lot (just like the ears of gus).
