In an interview with Howard Stern news team today. The cancer has spread throughout his body. He was diagnosed 5 months ago and was only given 3-6 months. He's hoping for the best. Sam was one of the creators of The Simpsons and is well known on the poker circuit in addition to previously being married to Jennifer Tilly. Best wishes and prayers to him.

damn why is life ****ed up?, my bro just had a seizure like two hours ago it woke me up I called 911 now I cant go back to sleep waiting to hear from hospital (not comparing anything just pointing out life is ****ed up sometimes)

is there a greater show in the history of tv other than The Simpsons, hope you get well Simon

I'm no expert, but I really don't think doctor's estimates are that statistically accurate.

Anyways Sam, hope the coming days are not too tough on you and hopefully things will end relatively peacefully.
