Of all the improvements that WSOP 2012 could offer over WSOP 2011, adding Russ Hamilton's banner should be pretty low on the list.
Also, the logic that because thievery is wide spread we should remove one of the few possible remaining sanctions against a leading thief is pretty terrible. That should be an argument to remove more banners of cheats, not less.
