As I've understood it no1 knows whether PH has/had ownership in UB or not. If he did/does, surely he must have profited (knowingly or not) from this?

Secondly, as I recall, Brainwashdodo (the whistleblower) posted two list of transactions. One that showed how Russ Hamilton transferring money to one of the superuser-accounts, and another one containing a list of transactions involved with Phil Hellmuth (correct me if I am wrong here).

Why did he post the transactions involving Phil Hellmuth?
Do you think Brainwashdodo revealed everything with his postings, or do you think he only revealed the tip of the iceberg?

I don't know the answers to this, all I know is that there are a lot of unanswered questions, and UB is not doing much to provide any decent answers.

There is also unanswered questions regarding Freddy Deeb. I think he was about to go on air regarding this, but it all went away silently.

UB needs to provide the list of all the super-accounts and to give people their HH's, if they want to rebuild a shred of confidence in this community. They also need to be open about the present and prior ownership in the company.

He found out about the cheating AFTER he had already invested with him.

If you read your post that started the thread it does not indicated that he found out after he invested. Therefore, I think you have an agenda and your information is fictitious.

Once I wrote that I don't believe you, you changed the time frame.

I am certainly not trying to protect Hamilton, but I don't like people using the form for personal agendas.

Yea, I have an agenda. Try again. I dont give a rats ass about UB or Hamilton. I didnt loose ANY money in this. Sorry if I wasnt specific enough for you. I cant imagine any retard investing with Hamilton AFTER the scam was unveiled anyways. None the less, you're entitled to you opinion. Rage on.

Please show me in my post WHERE I said he invested with Hamilton AFTER the scam was known?

So what are the odds that Russ reported all his winnings to the IRS? or do you think he laundered the money in a way that it wouldn't look stolen, but just like a lot of money coming in and out of his hands?
