obviously tens of millions. they are the greates stars in the world and are being associated with a ****ty brand. what do u think it would cost to sign tiger woods or a top3 NBA star?

Thats about what they will have to pony up.

Either way, its money well spent, because it is aimed at the upcoming sports betting on Stars, but obv poker will benefit a ton as well

Is it just me though, or is this deal alot smaller than Neymars, with Neymar getting an actual press release and him talking about poker.

Where the Ronaldo deal seams more like a small endorsement deal, even though he has alot bigger following?

I got an email from Stars today (UK).

Kinda surprised the email didn't feature CR's face. (Promo emails from Stars are usually "signed" by Negreanu or Moneymaker, but I've seen Boeree and Cody on the UK mailouts too).

in this case, 10M$ its only 10 months of ****ty promos like theses 1M$ shootout freeroll for 84K players in it. i think its a good deal for reg.

Think it's safe to say we can thank the signings of Cristiano Ronaldo and Neymar for the recent influx of fun players. 100nl just got a whole lot better. This week I've been on tables where there's been 4 fun players. I can only imagine this is what it was like to play poker pre 2010. Best thing Amaya have done.
