Apparently this is now totally legal in Nevada. Players can sign up and offer shares to the general public. The public sets up an account with the site and can buy shares in any player on the site. Seems kind of like chip me up but only for Nevada residents.

Apparently Paypal may not be convinced that they are legal.

Also looks like they are not actually in NV but using an accounting company/registered agent to hang their license for them.

chainsaw threads should be locked by default and used as a deterrent to NVG posters. "do something stupid and we unlock a chainsaw thread"

i don't know about this site, but it would be cool if there were a way that people could buy pieces without having to worry about being cheated one way or another. i'm not really sure that's possible though.

I like the thought of this. if it was nationwide fans could buy stakes , I think its a good idea , but as always the devil is in the details. I could see this being a big hit

So, if it is like something that has already been done before, how is this "revolutionary" Allen?

More importantly, will this guy get a temp ban for this blatant SPAM like a non pro/lesser known poster would instantly? Reminds me a lot of Johnny Hughes (at least he posted more actual content though).

Never seen anything like this before ... oh wait, My Poker Squad. Not really supposed to be a spam, rather that sites like this already exist with a non ###### layout.

The reason I said revolutionary is apparently the whole thing has been approved by Nevada gaming. Can anyone check to see if this is actually the case?

I'm also unclear how the player can't just keep the winnings. How does the site collect the investors shares.

There is/was already a website that did this. Did it get shut down or was it only for online tournies?

now if the individual casinos set up such a service.. guaranteeing investors can't get rolled and streamlining tax compliance... that'd be a service worth paying points for.

So Allen, did you actually register and pay to be listed by these folks or did they list a bunch of folks without permission?

Do you have any relationship (friendship/business) with the operators of this site outside of said listing? Do you vouch for them?

A chainsaw post that links me to a picture of Doug Lee?

I know its a joke because chainsaw never actually posts links to the things he is talking about.
