That's funny because I am in Mx. but all personal info. is U S but I just sat down at a table 5 mins. ago. Maybe your I P shows U S --I know mine doesn't, it definitely shows Mx.

So what does the FBI do with the money in these cases?

It's obvious they aren't going to give it back to the players, because in their eyes, you, the players participated in illegal gambling activities.

The money isn't long gone, but short gone for now, I'm just curious as to what happens to the money from this point..

Granted you really have to trust the buddy very much.
Don't know about this. I'm in Canada, and currently can't cash out to my Instadebit on FTP (get an error message saying: "We could not establish a secure connection to the server. Click Retry or contact Customer Support at support@fulltiltpoker.com and include this error message in your e-mail.")

Had a cheque approved yesterday, we'll see if that comes or not.

This is ****ed up. Can't imagine what US players that make a living from poker are going through.
04-15-2011 , 05:22 PM
Does anyone have the AP setup files?
Formated my PC recently, cant download but still have some money on the site...

I will try to do a cashout tonight on FT and check daily how long it keeps (usually four days, I'm in Italy) to check if this situation is creating unusual delays even for us in europe.

Money on tilt or stars account are logically in danger for US players, as the poker companies are not official allowed to give it back because of the uigea.
I hope for the people who's cashing out not to have problems :

At this point I'm happy that at least with stars.it our money it's safe as it has to be granted into a bank account by law, we're paying more rake, but it's taxed and legal, I really hope this will happen one day in US too.
