The dilema is this. I know where she is staying (commerce). Staying there and gambling with my money. When that money runs out she will have no where to go. I have informed the police of this. But obviously due to the overall small magnitude of the crime and the fact it is considered a non-violent crime, nothing can be done until she is spotted in the state of nevada, where she could then be detained and arrested.

Also if you know where she is why not go and get your money back? Whats all this 10 day stuff? How much you do think will be left, or are you thinking she might turn it into $200k?
