Hey Micon, why don't you introduce Brandi to that guy who is inheriting the Chase Bank fortune and ripped you off for 10K?

edit:
Unfortunately for Brandon, this is likely lower on the totem pole with the authorities then he even believes at this point. They are not going to pursue it. I would be surprised if a warrant even gets issued. Too much he said/she said possibilities. They will defer to civil court, where Brandon would likely have a good shot of getting a judgment that he would likely never collect on.

I doubt this is the first time someone has called the authorities on her for taking stuff from their house. She is probably well-versed in this.

Brandon it is good you don't want anyone else to get taken. Unfortunately there is someone who has read through most of this thread who will be another victim down the road. Guaranteed.

I really do hope Brandon gets some recourse. Because regardless of his foolishness he did not deserve to have all his stuff taken. I don't hold out much hope, but I do wish him well.

As an aside, how many of you wouldn't want a lap dance from Brandi ?

I remember right before my birthday visit to Vegas was when she quit dancing at the rhino. Personally I was crushed, because I was really looking forward to getting dances from her. Being in a crew of guys all in relationships, we've sort of all convinced ourselves that lappies are still fair game and not cheating. And it would be both sexy and absolutely hilarious to have Brandi strip for monies. Is that wrong ? I mean I wouldn't date her.

I'm pretty sure I'd hit it, knowing she's planning to rip me off, but thinking I'm smart enough to win the game. And probably losing everything.

WOW...you guys have NO IDEA what you're talking about...here, let me help

There are 2 type of states: community property and Tenancy in the entirety. They BOTH deal with REAL PROPERTY! not PERSONAL PROPERTY!.

Entirety states (like Oregon) mean that there is a right of surviorship and that the 50% ownership of the party that died goes to the "surviving partner." (aka, they do not have the right of inheritence)

Community property states (like Idaho or Washington) means that there is NO right of surviorship between MARRIED people when the property was obtained with COMMINGLED funds. Aka...there is STILL the right of inheritence. That means, the party that died, can leave the property to WHOEVER they want. For example, me and my wife both own our house because the down payment came from a joint checking account. I cheat on my wife in the last year of my life, I decide to "leave my 50% of the house" to my girlfriend upon my death using a will. I die, my wife now owns 50%, my girlfriend now owns 50%. If my girlfriend wanted to she could then go to court and get a "partition" that means the property MUST be equally divided (which can't be in this case) so it MUST be sold and the proceeds split. Basically the difference is Enterity = right of survivorship community property = right of inheritence

I'll say it again, Community property state has NOTHING to do with this, and has NOTHING to do with personal property.

Ohh, and if someone trys to come on here and claim a "washer or dryer" is real property I'm going to go insane, because it's not, by defenition it is personal movable property (that's why it has a plug in and is not hard wired)

just as an aside if I won 31k at the Bellagio I wouldn't put it beside my name. That's tacky. But the legal advice is sweet, carry on.

OK, OK, she might be terrible at poker but her future in HOshambo is bright. She has beaten all comers out of significant monies for an extended period of time.....surely the sign of a winning playa. If she could just excercise better game seletion, ie staying away from Gus Hansen (she always loses when he goes ****), surely she could retire in a few years.

I want to know more about the Steve Z connection. She obviously had to "practice" on him first before moving on to the more challenging mark Sklansky.

Brandi - "Do you know any older, ridiculously wealthy men with loose morals I can take advantage of"

Stripper - "of course - Sklansk...er Steve Zolotow"

and poor Jennicide - practically a forgotten memory in 2+2 land.

Part of being a solid attention whore is knowing that you need to give some attention once in a while - otherwise you risk becoming unimportant. Clearly, you need people talking about you, so you don't want that to happen, do you?

So... stop with the anonymous chiming in, and bring it. Live up to the legend that I've learned exists, and prove to me (and the world) that the hours I spent reading this nonsense has not been a waste of time.

I think that Brandi may be an honest person...at least from her perspective.

I think that the pimp is not an honest person from any perspective.

I hope that Brandi posts herein soon notwithstanding Jenn's pressure.
