A number of items in the OP's tale should have resulted in Court records for Clark County Nevada. A cursory search of District Court records did not come up with Brandi as a criminal defendant, although the search was admittedly limited to her given name of "Hawbaker".

The types of crimes alleged and the number of possible jurisdictions do complicate a quick fact check, but pethaps the OP can get a bit more specific. Alternatively, someone willing to spend a couple of minutes looking through Justice Court filings or requesting a criminal records search (for $1.00) can prove or disprove what the OP writes.

(Personally, I don't care that much. However, I became interested in the use of the term 86d by the OP. In Nevada, a pretty specific different term is used, it is "trespassed", taken from the law which gives the needed warning language.)

I don't know anything about the OP, except what he writes above. If what he wrote is true, then he has been taken for a rough ride of his own accord. That is unfortunate. Apparently, being a "nit" is +EV, see, e.g. Sklansky-Brandi posts.
