The money stays on this planet, and will not be kept under the rock. I also think all the movie and computer money like Windows, should be kept national and police should be sent there and they should be put in jail and pay it all back with interests. There though are economic areas and according to that Bill Gates is paying taxes to all the countries in the world, though he still gets all the rest of the money to the US and the other economic systems do not bother about it at all so they are not likely going to bother about thousands of millions of dollars leaving out of the US every ten years.

So, they take half of the winning. On average, the poker sites figure to take more than half of the winnings. The only difference is that one can have a +EV only when playing poker and other games where skill makes that much of a difference. While it's perfect to take whatever it's best to take by the laws of business, that also dictate of what is a fair rake as if it would be too high, they would make less money, and if it's too low, they again would make less money. So, the rake is just perfect.

Bouvet Island with 13 players (out of a population of zero) is pretty impressive.

Makes sense - $s are worth a lot more here.
