I agree it's kind of strange that randoms want to view sometimes snapchat. I used to think it was also strange when people who friend people they didn't know on facebook. I always thought facebook was something for friends.

People who are celebrities or pro poker players must snap chat a little different than my friends and I do. I thought snapchat was for taking photos of dumb stuff like a bum taking a **** in the park across from my house.

I don't understand the opposition to pro poker players sharing their snapchat..? It gives you a more personal glimpse at the life of these people... It's also something that comes to no cost to them, as it only builds their brand and lets them connect with friends/fans

Anyways, if you don't care to add these people, no one will force you to. Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing what Ike haxton is up to occasionally or many of these pro's that I think everyone here is trying to ultimately become.

It's just a marketing thing from pretty much all of them, maybe not abernathy but likely considering that show she has coming up.

They'll snap when they're live, when they're in a huge pot etc.

People see that and load up the twitch app on their phone.

I doubt people like Fee's share their whole day on snapchat with people who follow them. Although a lot of the twitch guys are trying to become more real and relatable in order to not come across as fake.

I think the "that's a good turn, that's a good river, let's go you guys, you have the biggest d in the chat" part of twitch is fading away as some of the viewers are slowly waking up. This is a way to potentially stay fresher for a bit longer.
