Interesting that the 'possibly stupid' was taken out of the title... I suggested that and my comment was deleted... As 'low content' I guess, and yet they listened to me, yes me, not anyone else.

So I listen to at least 500 hours of ESPN radio/year.

And I have NEVER heard poker mentioned even once...
Or ANY poker player, including Ivey, mentioned EVER.

Other than that... it's an amazing "ESPN poker machine".
It's also interesting that there's zero mention of anything at all poker-related on the front page of ESPN.com right now. World Series of Poker Fever...catch it!

Re: Predicting the November 9 (long)

5 questions I have for tomorrow:

1. Does Moon have short-handed game? He's mostly played full ring so far, and unless he has an epic meltdown he's sure to be in the final 6. As players are eliminated if he maintains the chiplead, how will he fare against players with more short handed experience and perhaps more aggression?

2. Who will come out of the gate aggressive? Two years ago we saw it with Jerry Yang, as he ran over the table right off the bat, taking advantage of Lee Childs' inability to stack QQ and the erratic play of Phillip Hilm, as well as some luck and big hands. Last year Ivan Demidov and Dennis Phillips played that huge AK vs AQ hand early. Who will come out aggressive, and who will come out waiting to sit back and move up the paylist?

3. Who will tilt/meltdown/collapse? Two years ago we saw this with Raymond Rahme, who seemed to tilt or have something snap in him as he started playing very erratic near the end, and of course busted out with KK on that ace high flop vs Jerry Yang's A5 in one of the weirdest hands ever. Last year Dennis Phillips went broke vs Eastgate's set with only a backdoor straight draw once it got three handed. Who will be able to handle the pressure and who will not?

4. Whose game will have changed the most since July? Will it be Shulman with his coaching from Hellmuth, or perhaps an amateur who received some training such as Shaffel, Moon, or Begleiter? Will anyone have gotten noticeably better or play a much different style than they did before?

5. Can Ivey get a hold of some chips? If he does, things become much, much more interesting. How will Ivey attempt to leverage his stack and how will he pick his spots to chip up/double up?

ivey to win, ldo
Then it would be a pretty good bet then (15-1), wouldn't it?
