Hey, about 16 years ago, my poker company launched a game called Limit Holdem High-Low. We spread it only because our developers did not know any better, thought it already existed and had already developed the game while also coding holdem and plo into our site.
Better yet, starting in 2001, we also presented online poker as a 3D-like, First person view game, definitely a first to do so. (Later copied by Playtech, who abandoned theirs in favor of the traditional flat 2D tables. We pulled the plug on presenting a 3D format at some point as most players favored the traditional 2D format for multi-tabling.)
Do you think that would entitle me to collect royalties from anyone who spreads hi-lo holdem or offers a first person shooter format for poker ?
