PokerStars Settlement Order

I haven't seen a link to this posted. It may be best moved to the thread collecting documents. For anyone wanting to read the settlement for themselves, see:

I'm not sure this needed a new thread but thanks for posting... Reading legal docs sucks but if you can get through all the legalese it's interesting stuff.

Re: PokerStars Settlement Order

Is interesting, i like this bit.

“...To the extent that Raymond Bitar, Howard Lederer, Rafael Furst, Christopher Ferguson, or Nelson Burtnick are non-US players of Full Tilt Group, Pokerstars shall not make available for withdrawal the online poker balances of any of these five individuals, and will not reimburse them in any way."

I can just picture Howard and co, logging in to FTP and clicking the “Cash Out” button and getting "Declined Scumbag".

There isnt anything I would rather do then send them the terrible auto emails talking about bull**** approvals and delays we were used to

MONTHS AND MONTHS OF DELAYS

Before the old, we have conducted a review of your account and regret to inform you its been deactivated and funds confiscated

We consider the matter closed

Thanks for playing at Full Tilt Poker
