Interesting new strategy. This is only going to benefit a very small number of people, but big buyin, live tournament guys are also the most vocal and recognizable voices in the game. Appease them, and everyone else will follow seems to be their new direction because it completely contradicts what they've been doing on the online front and I don't see it changing anytime soon.

Really expanding on your first post there

Its a good change for 150 people out of millions who are being sold the dream of play poker and have a chance to actually win while being railroaded into rake traps sending all the deposits to the site. Don't really have a axe to grind with stars they are entitled to run their business as they see fit however short sighted that may be. If you can't see why the masses aren't jumping from the rooftops cheering this great change then i don't know what to say to you.
