This was my first thought as well. A round about way of receiving some more rakeback I guess.
It's like we paid ourselves back  Obviously everyone is happy with Stars, as they should be, but this shows that rake can be lowered

No, all charges against the company are dropped.
Charges against individuals are still there.

I moved to Canada 4 weeks after black friday and had my full tilt poker account switched to a Canadian address before they got shut down sometimes in june. I wonder if ill be paid out as an american player or as a canadian
Does anybody know the answer to this question?
