Actually, he's currently #18. He started the year at #12 but hasn't played well so far in 2010. His career highlight was probably taking a set off of Federer in the semis at the 2008 French Open.

When we went to check on him though, we learned that he's been bumped to Day 1b by his coach. She said he needed to exercise today, but he'll be in his chair tomorrow and ready to get to work on the felt.

Poker is still just a serious hobby for most of those Sport Stars; work comes first.

Well with american sports stars, they don't endorse anything that could be considered "bad" for ones health and things like that. You won't find any athletes endorsing alcohol or cigarettes anymore. I don't think you'd see gambling as well. While most athletes do these things behind closed doors, they obviously aren't going to endorse them for sake of their public image. Having the public know you play poker and actually endorsing poker is a completely different thing.
