8. During the Promotion, strict rules regarding player behaviour will be enforced. PokerStars reserves the right to take action against any player found to be abusing any aspect of the Promotion. Such action includes, but is not limited to, exclusion or suspension from the Promotion or from the Client, and the confiscation of rewards earned as a result of the abuse. The decision on what activity constitutes abuse of the Promotion lies with PokerStars management in its sole discretion.
Imo very likely Stars will take action here, given how broadly this rule is written..ie. "abusing any aspect of the Promotion" which clearly should apply here. Also this abuse goes back to the first time they ran milestone hands and is the big reason they put in the "prize based on vpps earned in past half hour" or whatever rule. That rule doesn't work for the 70K guaranteed hand tho, which is probably why they have rule 8 above.
Interesting to see how Stars handles this. Anyone dealt into hand 70000000001?
