The amount of weight you lost isn't even mathematically correct. even if you lost 18 lbs of PURE fat it still wouldn't account for a 14% decrease in body fat.

Seriously, your story is s far fetched I want to throw up

10% of 182 is 18.2 plus another 4%. woops

And that's losing pure fat which is impossible on a cut.

I think I actually started at 18%. I'll post pics of before and after with ig time stamps if you want I definitely did it

Gaining muscle and losing body fat is possible it's called a recoup. Esp for a beginner that's what's going to be happening if their diet stays the same in addition to training
