The amount of weight you lost isn't even mathematically correct. even if you lost 18 lbs of PURE fat it still wouldn't account for a 14% decrease in body fat.
Seriously, your story is s far fetched I want to throw up
10% of 182 is 18.2 plus another 4%. woops
And that's losing pure fat which is impossible on a cut.
