Re: JoeiIngram1 / ChicagoJoey podcasts and vids etc; the space he occupies in the main is essentially as a poker media personality, so he therefore has to remain as neutral as is possible otherwise his role would be impossible to perform.
However, if you watch his podcasts you will observe that he is very skillful, sometimes cunning, but also tactful at the same time, at extracting a lot of information (sometimes even confessions) out of players, without him appearing to take sides or being judgemental. He does it in such a way that the interviewee is often ambushed by a killer question almost without them knowing that it has even been asked.
This is the method and skill that a successful interviewer / journalist / commentator needs to have to have longevity in their field and to enable them to have access to and respect from every player and person within the poker industry so that they can do their job properly and effectively.
So Joey's approach of suggesting what may or may not be wrong or stepping over the line is the correct one, to report the facts to the viewer and let the viewer digest the facts. That is what journalism and media reporting is and should be.
