Re: PCA Schedule Announced: $100,000 Super High Roller tourney tops the list

PokerNews should have the most updates, then PokerStarsBlog.com

The only streaming will be for the the final 2 days of the Bounty Shootout and Main Event final table.

Since it is an EPT (as well as NAPT and LAPT) event, several days of the Main Event will be filmed for broadcast. Episodes of the PCA will air around the world later in the year.

Re: PCA Schedule Announced: $100,000 Super High Roller tourney tops the list

Hi All,

Just to clarify...

The Super High Roller Final Table is being filmed for broadcast on ESPN 2 later this year. There will be no webcast of the SHR.

There will be updates constantly on Poker Stars Blog and PokerNews over the course of the event.

Cheers,

Neil

Re: PCA Schedule Announced: $100,000 Super High Roller tourney tops the list

Hi All,

SHR event has no webcast. We're filming the FT only, and it will be broadcast later (not live) on ESPN2 in the US and many other networks internationally.

Live coverage today on http://www.pokerstarsblog.com and http://www.pokernews.com/live-reporting/ and I assume some other sites.

Last night in the office was interesting. We had quite a few people walk up to ask about registering that nobody had ever seen before.

As for Lex, yesterday's list was (is) subject to change. Also, as we have received numerous wires for this event you can't just get the full list from the PS game client.

Expectations are now for 35-45 players. But we'll see what happens. I think we'll hit 38. Cards are in the air in 4 hours, at 1200 EST. And we're keeping late registration open for 4 hours - FOR THIS EVENT ONLY.

Cheers,

Jeffrey

I see that, but on the PokerStars.tv site, it mentions:

Jan. 14 - Day 2 of Bounty Shootout
Jan. 15 - PCA Main Event FT
Jan. 16 - Final table of Bounty Shootout

I'm sure Jeffrey and/or Neil could clarify.

Next year can you please think about a live webcast for the super high roller. It's generating a lot of interest. Thanks!

You guys are gonna miss out on major viewership if Isildur1 plays this tournament.

I am kind of surprised FTP would let him play in this, especially after the HSP fiasco. Does anyone know what their policy is towards this? And if they do allow their pros to play why aren't Ivey or PA playing?

not webcasting the SHR is a huge mistake, i would watch the whole thing ... its only a few tables, it can't be that difficult to set up
