I think alot of the value of the bet hinges on the non nl events where the field size could be relatively small. The 2-7 event last year had 147 entrants. It's not a huge stretch to think panorama have 10% of this field.

Here is the PRELIMINARY Panorama prop bet. This is not finalized. I will be accepting bets now, and updating the list. I will send a complete list before midnight May 28th. You will have 24 hours after I send that final list to back out.

I am laying 10-1 odds that at least one person living or staying at Panorama Towers wins a WSOP bracelet at the RIO (all 57 events count, including the ME. Europe does NOT count). Owners, renters, and people that are staying here only for a week or two during the WSOP all count. In order for someone to count, they MUST be on my list. It is possible my list will contain names that do not live / are not staying at Panorama. If they are on the list, but it is later determined they are not staying here, their bracelet will NOT count.

Minimum bet: Your 1k against my 10k. If I don't know you REALLY well, you must escrow. The bet can be settled online or offline, but must be specified beforehand. If you don't want to just send me the money, we can probably escrow with a 2+2 mod like Gobbo or Ike, or someone else mutually trusted.

Most the people on the have to find out list are looking for places at Panorama, and can't find one on such short notice. A few have lived here in the past, and I don't know if they will be here this summer.

FWIW, a few of the names on the main list you haven't heard of will be playing only 1 or 2 events.

My final list may have some maybes on it. Of course, they will count if it is later determined they were at Pano, and will not count otherwise.

in a lot of places in europe, if you worded it like Justin has, they would interpret it as going to a bookies, and seeing something like:

odds of someone from panorama tower winning a bracelet : 10/1

when justin wants to bet that they DO win a bracelet, but is laying out his $10k to your $1k.. so really the bet (with zeejustin being the bookie) is:

odds of someone from panorama towers NOT winning a bracelet: 10/1
