Anyone know anything about this kid, he's only 19 and makes Dario Minieri look old. He is crushing EPT final so far and he said in interview that he played EPT Monte Carlo high roller when he jut turned 18 so he must have been crushing online since he's like 15 or 16. ya i know him quite well - spoke to him at WSOPE '10 a fair bit because he was crushing Annette's table. speak to him pretty regularly and he only seems to have interest for the biggest buy in events, plays the high roller at the majority of events he flies out to - but ya he's sick. took down Sunday Brawl a few weeks ago too

He inherited a fortune of ~$30M from his fathers fishing company, so that's where the money comes from. Seems to be a great player tho, would be fun if he won this!

such a sicko, shipped pretty much all his stack in on Q10A37 rainbow with a bluff and got tanked called by 33. still in tomorrow though with 24 left, he's 22nd

Yeah sick hand, he shoved for like 850k on the river with the pot around 700k, whats really sick is if he had just Cbet th the e flop he guy would have folded. A very Isildur play, was really hoping he'd make the final table with a big stack as wanted to watch him in action on the live stream on friday. Who knows he might clay back up.

So he has his own massive bankroll, real, verifiable skills, and therefore, I don't expect we'll see any "I am Ole Kristian Nergard, the so-called Norwegian poker prodigy" posts anytime soon.
