Mark Seif was a partial owner and sponsored pro on Absolute Poker. The following thread about Seif leaving AP has some discussion about his possible role in the scandal:

The thread mentions a very sketchy session Seif played before the superuser scandal became public. You have one respected poster (J_V) saying it is obvious Seif cheated and then another one (trambopoline) saying in the next post that he thinks Seif didn't cheat because of an overhead dinner conversation.

Then later on the page a few other high stakes limit players talk about Seif banning them or muting them after they beat him out of money lol.

Played 50/100 OE at Rio with him a couple of weeks ago, he bought in for about 1200 and left with about 300 20 minutes later. I definitely paid close attention whenever he was in a hand
