Re: ***Official questions for Howard Lederer on this week's Pokercast thread***
Hi Everyone:
I spoke twice to Howard on Monday and based on our conversations expect this to be a highly informative interview. It also helps to have Mike and Adam to ask the questions. So the more good questions they can get, the better this interview will be.
Best wishes,
Mason

Why didn't the owners give back the last distributions to help cover player shortfall?

Do you believe Ray Bitar deserves any jail time for his misdoings?

Does all the hate that is concentrated towards you scares you`?
Have you, at one point, feared for your physical integrity?
What are your future plans? Do you plan on coming back in the poker community?

Why was it that pros were allowed to borrow money in the first place and consequently not pay back

How come the BOD failed to hire competent people to run "the company" and how come the BOD failed to oversee those that they did hire?

If the return of Edog's 2 million would buy you a month, how many months would your incorrectly dispersed funds buy you?

What were the costs of producing the various TV productions Full Tilt sponsored? Also include the airtime costs.
Were the FT Pros playing with their own money or did the company buy them in?

Has there been any auditing conducted on FTP's books, ever? If there were, how could the BOD have ignored the tell-tale signs of a looming catastrophe for the business?

Re: ***Official questions for Howard Lederer on this week's Pokercast thread***
If you weren't "caught", how long could the payments have lasted until some kind of restructuring would be required to keep FTP operational yet payments under the radar? Also, what measures, if any, were laid out for such theoretic future contingencies?
Were multi-entry tournaments introduced with any hidden motives?
