We have officially confirmed that that date is June 29th, 2011. Reports that the date is April 14th, 2011 are incorrect. If your Full Tilt account had an address in the U.S. or U.S. Territories as of June 29th, you are considered to be a U.S. player.

Best regards,
Lee Jones
What if we relocated after June 29th, and are currently cleared for play on PokerStars? I assume that we will have to file for remission with the DOJ, but what about our account? Will we have to set up a new one, and redeposit, or will we have our old account with no money in it? And again, what about points/medals/RB in this situation.

Thanks,

Any plans on bringing back the Full Tilt Poker forums, Lee? Thousands of members would be very grateful.

DoJ has all info (and all the $$$) needed to repay FTP players. I expect we'll fill out the form & get our funds quickly shipped our way.

Re: Official PokerStars announcement regarding FTP and DoJ (no low content /meme posts please,

What if June 29th, 2011 determines we are a US player, but we have relocated since then and do not want to cash out and we want to keep playing on FTP instead?

It seems we will have to cash out via the US government, but will our balances be reset so we can redeposit and start playing right away now that we no longer reside in the US? How do non-US players that were determined to be US players go about this in order to play on FTP again?

Re: Official PokerStars announcement regarding FTP and DoJ (no low content /meme posts please,

what about US players that did not move before june 29th, but since then have moved and re-opened their stars account.

Will they have the option of re-opening their ftp account with their new address and leaving the money in their account to use to play poker in their new country instead of cashing it out through the DOJ?

The process of reimbursing Full Tilt US players will be addressed by the US Government.
Some else So what do WE wait for ..the DOJ to make an announcement..where do we track the progress?
suggested a thread dedidcated to the us cashout process thoug id rather not see a thread that just gets filled with random chatter and speculation.
Maye the mods can create a moderated thread strictly supplying relevant information on the process.

Rest assured that when the process along with funds are available, it will be all over the forum
