Pokerstars will merge the player pool with full tilt? Otherwise we would get a lot of overlays if 1/3 of the fields goes to FTP

Anything going to change with existing rakeback accounts? Confirmation the will carry on as normal?

Will we be allowed screename changes?

Being able to transfer funds should be a high priority. Especially with all the players with backers.

Is the date of registration of April 14, 2011 (from DF's writeup) set in stone? I moved to Mexico after 4/11/11 and had my FTP and PS accounts reopened and verified prior to FTP collapsing.

It says US players will have the opportunity to apply for remission from the US govt. So that's a no.

US players with account balances outstanding, will be compensated separately. U.S. victims of the offenses allegedly committed by the FTP companies or other members of the FTP group as put forth in the amended civil complaint, shall have the opportunity to file a petition for remission with the U.S. Department of Justice, Asset Forfeiture Money Laundering Service (AFMLS), taking into regard the PokerStars forfeited funds, to seek compensation for their losses. The value of the remission applications is expected to be approximately $ 150 million. For clarity of compensation purposes, US players and “rest of world” players shall be categorized based on their verified and approved locations on the Full Tilt site as of April 14, 2011.

So it "only" cost the the 230million in the players accounts, or are the full tilt founders walking off with a huge payday too?

but after the $184 million is repaid to non-US there is still $363 million left over which is more than what is owed to US players right?
