And what it means for Full Tilt Poker affiliates. Will FTP simply pull the switch back on? I know many of us are holding our breath on this. The poker related industry has a lot to do with that specific affiliate program.

Re: Official PokerStars announcement regarding FTP and DoJ (no low content /meme posts please,

Hi Lee, I´m a spanish player and have a couple of questions:

A:
Anybody residing outside the U.S. (and the IT/EE/ES/BE/FR/DK countries) can play on Full Tilt Poker once it re-launches. We are still determining the exact mechanism by which formerly American Full Tilt players will restart their play on Full Tilt (from outside the U.S.).

Q: Can a player who is defined as a U.S. player, but is now living outside the U.S., simply reopen his account and have access to the funds in it?

A:
No. You have to apply to the U.S. DoJ for remission (i.e. to get your money back). Again, we don't know the exact mechanism by which former U.S. players will restart at Full Tilt; we'll let you know as soon as we have it confirmed.
It is clear from this answers what happens to US players, but not so much to EU players in IT/EE/ES/BE/FR/DK... so what about this?

1. Can a player who is defined as a IT/EE/ES/BE/FR/DK player, but is now living outside IT/EE/ES/BE/FR/DK, simply reopen his account and have access to the funds in it?

2. What if the player is planning to move outside IT/EE/ES/BE/FR/DK soon and prefers to leave the money at FTP until he can play again once he is relocated?

Thanks

I understand that you have already answered the question regarding: "What happens to my Full Tilt loyalty rewards?". However, with specific reference to the Iron Man bonus (half year lump sum) which was due to be released about 2 days before FTP got shut down. Will the original amount still be paid to our account balances?

Are cash outs which were not paid (or processed), but taken from the account balance, credited back to the accounts?

What about rakeback, which was still due to the affiliates in the weeks before FTP went down, still paid to the affiliates and through them credited to the accounts?

if you have not listened to Lee Jones on the 2+2 Pokercast, I suggest that you all do.

the summary is:

PS is giving DOJ the money. What the DOJ does with it is up to the DOJ (in reference to the remission process)

Hi Lee -- I'm a Spanish player and have just a few questions:

1. ¿Cómo puedo obtener mis fondos del sitio? ¿Importa o no soy americana o Europea?

2. ¿Cuándo espera jugadores estadounidenses, que son generalmente grandes burros, podrá volver a jugar en los sitios?

Thanks for your attention and candor throughout this thread. We all appreciate it.

As for why he posted at least point two in Spanish, I guess he figured/hoped the US players would not get it - a loose translation is:
"When you hope to play with US players, who are generally donkeys, will it be possible to play with them on the site?

Re: Official PokerStars announcement regarding FTP and DoJ (no low content /meme posts please,

What is going to happen to outstanding cashout requests that happened shortly before black Friday? I have a check in hand that I received on black Friday that is obviously no good and my FTP account was already debited. How are these funds going to be accounted for?
